You do not need to quit drinking while you are going through this section. Even if you continue to drink, you will still analyze what's going on. That's part of the change process too.
A short, but very important section, that should not be skipped. Here you deal with internal and external obstacles, make a decision about the transition to sobriety and plan your next steps.
Drinking alcohol during the preparation stage is also acceptable, but at this stage you will already choose a date to start sobriety.
This is where you begin to take actions. From this point and on drinking alcohol already equals a relapse. Quitting drinking is only the first step, the real goal of Sober One is to train how to live as comfortably as possible in sobriety.
So important is this part of the program that we have made it a separate section. A breakdown is not a one-time event, not the moment a person drinks. It is a process that can last for several weeks and develop without the person's own notice. In this section, we have assembled a whole arsenal of tools that allow you to detect the approach of a breakdown and take action in time.
