1. General provisions
1.1. The present policy of personal data processing defines an order of processing of the personal data and measures on safety of the Data Controller — Sober One Corp.(further — the Operator).
1.2. The Operator puts the most important purpose and a condition of realization of the activity observance of the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen at processing of its personal data, including protection of the rights to inviolability of a private life, personal and family secret.
1.3. This policy of the Operator in relation to the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can get about the visitors of the Service https://getsober.one and users of the Application.
2. The basic concepts used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data by means of computer facilities.
2.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary termination of processing of personal data (except for cases when processing is necessary for specification of personal data).

2.7. The Operator (Data Controller) — a state body, municipal body, legal or physical person, independently or together with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out processing of the personal data, and also defining purposes of processing of the personal data, structure of the personal data which are subject to processing, actions (operations), made with the personal data.
2.8. Data Processor — an organization that processes personal data on behalf of Data Controller including, but not limited third-party services such as Analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude), Social measuring Services (Facebook Pixel), that access or host Personal Data.
2.9. The personal data — any information concerning directly or indirectly to the certain or defined User of Service https://getsober.one. If User creates an account, hi provides us with certain information that can be used to identify him, such as his name, phone number ("Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII"). We may also collect non-identifying demographic information (such as your gender or date of birth), zip code and other information that is not considered PII because it cannot be used by itself to identify User.
2.10. User — any visitor of the Service https://getsober.one or user of the Application.
2.11. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons.
2.12. User's information with limited access rights (including personal information) can only be accessed by our authorized employees or consultants or the concerned group entities that need to have access to this data in order to be able to fulfill their given duties. However, we shall take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect his personal data provided to it or collected by it with due observance of the applicable obligations and exceptions under the relevant legislation.
3. Which data is processed
The operator can process the following personal data of the User:

— Any other information provided by the User while using the Service.

4. Purposes of personal data processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails; conclusion, execution and termination of civil law contracts; providing the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained in the Service; use of the User's Impersonal Data in advertising materials and other marketing activities.
4.2. The Operator is also entitled to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. 4.3. The impersonal data of the Users collected with the help of the Internet-statistics services are used to collect information about the Users' actions on the site, to improve the quality of the site and its content.
5. Legal grounds for processing personal data
5.1. The Operator processes the personal data of the User only in case they are filled in and/or sent by the User himself through special forms located at https://getsober.one. Filling in the corresponding forms and/or sending the personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his consent to this Policy.
6. Procedure for collection, storage, transfer and other types of personal data processing
6.1. Safety of the personal data which are processed by the Operator, is provided by realization of the legal, organizational and technical measures necessary for performance in full of requirements of the current legislation in the field of protection of the personal data.
6.2. The Operator provides safety of the personal data and takes all possible measures excluding access to the personal data of the unauthorized persons.
6.3. The personal data of the User will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except for the cases connected with the implementation of the current legislation.
6.4. In case of revealing inaccuracies in the personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notice to the Operator's e-mail address [email protected] with the note "Updating of personal data".
6.5. The term of personal data processing is unlimited. The User can at any moment withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notice to the Operator by e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address [email protected] with the note "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
7. Final provisions
7.1. The User can get any explanations on the questions concerning the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator by e-mail [email protected].
7.2. This document will reflect any changes in the policy of personal data processing by the Operator. The policy is valid indefinitely until its replacement by a new version.
7.3. The current version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet.
